Bad customer service

I had my pap smear on the 31st of July and the sister who did it told me the results will be next week on Monday. After 2 weeks now I called Dischem Rustenburg Mall in the morning to ask if my results are available. The lady who answered said she'll tell the sister to call me. Hours later when I called back since I didn't receive a call from them, the lady just told me she'll ask her again, but left me on the phone for a very long time without knowing whether to wait of hung up until I decided to hung up.
