BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

After purchasing baby goods of more than a R1000 to qualify for the baby bag on the 30 November 2025 no baby bag was received. When I followed up I was informed that their system shows we had a miscarriage. How in the hell? Called the customer care today and the person said they would resolve this before end of the day. Well, I am still waiting and the store closest to me have the same excuse. They are waiting for feedback from head office. Nice false advertising. They excellent with taking your money bit cannot deliver on their adverti*****t.
