Bad Customer Service

On the 16th, which was yesterday. I went to Maponya Mall branch, early in the morning before Dischem opened. Then boom, the service was below the scale, as the Customer Care Consultants that were in duty. A female and male, both gave me degrading service. As they denied me getting a refund, while I had proof of purchase. I demand a voucher of R400, which must be deducted from both their salaries. For making me travel to the north, where I was assisted and given the a refund..I fail to understand, the attitude a customer consultant gives a customer. I've been working for the retails industry, for more than 10 years. And know all the channels, to report bad customer service.
