Bad Customer Service

I went to collect medication I had preordered for pre-packing. Received very hostile service from Ntethelelo Nzimande who didn’t acknowledge it with an apology even after I highlighed his behavior to him. Dis-chem at The Pavillion is my regular pharmacy so his conduct was a big disappointment for the shop.
