bad customer service

It is such a shame that in this era we still have to demand for a better customer service based on the colour of your skin. You are made to wait but when a better person with the same request arrives after you, that person gets served way too quicker than you. And when you ask why - all you get is a long face without even an apology - even in front of senior staff.
