bad customer service

On sunday the 07th of June i went to dischem in wonderboom junctio the store was about to close so i bumped into 2 staff ladies on the aisle and i asked them where can i get ear buds as i was buying baby stuff those ladies they passed me without telling me where can i get them they just said to me we are busy with other client but they were not with the client they were just chatting while walking on the floor so the security guy by the name of Alpha he offered to assist ans i was able to get what i want as i come back from earbud aisle i came accross the 1 lady who was chatting with a friend her name is Nancy and i asked her whats the name of your colleaque that you we with her while i wanted to ask where can i find other stuff she said its Thifani and she was very rude when answering me and i said what is her surname she laughed first and said i dont know then i said how come because she is your colleaque she said not she is not to my surprise how come because they were wearing the same uniform so it gave me the impression that she is aware that they did something wrong so now she is hiding the friend they way i was so angry because of their attitude i even forgot to buy my babies formula because i just wanted to leave the store because of the service.I am so disappointed because it is the first time i experience this in your store as i always buy my baby stuff there i drive all the way from Garankuwa always as i always everything that i need and remember i can always go to clicks where i can get a better service but instead i chose dischem.Your staff need to be taught customer service you always give the best to client no matter the store is about to close or not .I also work with clients but i make sure i give the best service i can no matter the situation.I request a formal apology from them my number is *** because they made me spend again for petrol to go to clicks in wonderpark on monday the 08th of june to get the baby formula.I am so disappointed.........
