Bad customer service

Today I was at Dis-Chem Birch Acres square assisted by Khutso Mokgapa. I asked her to check for me price of Nature's Nourishment Lip gloss wanted to compare with Dis-Chem lip therapy instead she scanned the Dis-Chem lip therapy "avoiding override " that's what she said and that the prices are the same... What a bad service. The attitude? After I told her I want the Nature's Nourishment lip gloss She was totally fed up. I am really hurt because I asked her nicely to first check the price. Please kindly look at this matter it was my first time seeing her on the till point I always shop at Dis-Chem Birch Acres square I've never experienced this kind of service
