Bad customer service.

Ordered from dischem a few days ago, on their website it clearly showed that the products were available only to get a call from a customer service agent to inform me that they are out of stock regarding two items I ordered and that they will credit my account. If the store is out of stock, then on the website it should be noted as out of stock, why should customers order products only to get a call that they are out of stock and then still wait up to 14 days for their accounts to be credited. Been ordering from them for so long only to receive this horrible service now.
