BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service :Cashier -Today I was in by Discheme President Hyper Krugersdorp the cashier that was helping was busy having a nice chat to her friend next door when she was hlping me .Then when I had to pay she refuse to take my R20 note she said that the other customers will not take it .I got the R20 from other store I told her so long the numbers is on it there was a small piece of .She said she cant take it at all ,I told her call the manager I use to work for Absa Bank ,.I want to speak to a manager then .Quick she took the money ,when she was busy having a conversation with the cahier next to her .I ask her for a bag she was to busy having her conversation .This is the 2 time it happend when the cahiers is to busy with there friends not listening to the customers .I hate that first help the customer then have your conversation that is customer service it is rude .

Krugersdorp branch must reallly give some customer service traing for there cashiers.Unprofessional to help your customers and talk to a friend .FIrst help the customer and then talk listen to the customer .One rotten apple gives everybody a bad name.This is the 2 time this hapend at this branch imagine you must argue eve over the plastic bag,
