Bad Customer Service
Good Day I visited your Dischem Savannah Mall in Polokwane on 20/04/2019, we were standing there for about 20min while the pharmacists where busy assisting, my concern started when the lady at counter no 4"Indian Pharmacist" was discussing personal matters and Durban visits with her fellow indian customer while we were waiting, she coudn't care how we felt but continued and when we tried to show them that we would like to be assisted, she finished with her customer and walked away to make us wait some more, I'm not saying they can't get into conversations with customers but they need to consider the customers waiting for service, we could see she is being spitefull but what can we do? we are customers, we need meds, we have no choice but to wait, if this is the way they your customers, then i dont know, please address my issue, i am not angry, i am disapointed because Dischem is my first choice even when im home here in Centurion, but that day i felt no sence of urgency by the pharmacist and felt like she is doing us a favour even though i know she is paid to work.....
i hope you will not think i am ******, ecause i am not, and look into my complain and address the matter accordinly with the store manager that i spoke to : ********** who told me, its my right to complain, he can't do anything about it at that moment but i must just send him an email and he will address it with the Dispensary manager. i felt disarmed and helpless, luckily i don't stay in Polokwane and will make sure i don't visit their store anymore...i just fell you need to address such behaviour!!!!!!!
Kind Regards Lebogang Jane Lekganyane ********** 118 **********
