bad customer service

Went to dis chem today to get medication using my medical aid this was not prescribed medication but no one was willing to assist me instead they wanted me to go queue with people who came to get prescribed medication and that queue was super long it would have taken me an hour to pay with my medical aid instead they told me to pay if i want to be assisted there and there, what kind of customer service is this? they told me there was only one person who can assist me to pay with my medical aid but unfortunately that person is on lunch firstly it was already 3pm and i believe they close before 6 who takes lunch at 3 when u close at 5??? i told them i wont queue with people who came for prescriptions then they said its ok i can leave the medication.
