BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I placed an order on the 3rd Of August (GYM SUPPLEMENTS). I still have not received this order, when I contact RAM Couriers several times including this morning to query this they advised me that the delivery suburb was HARRISMITH , which according to them it is your mistake? My Address is Amersfoort / Volksrust and it always has been since I started ordering goods. I am not happy at all I paid R60 for delivery of the goods but I must wait almost more than a week for a parcel it is unacceptable. I always order supplements from Dis- chem and this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
