Bad courier experience.

The courier went to the wrong address and, I made provisions to have someone at that address to collect my parcel. But the ANGRY driver took off with the parcel even before the person who was going down from the apartment could reach to him. DISCHEM, after calling the courier lady, she informs me of the 15min waiting time. Dischem, I want the order cancelled and my money refunded. Keep your parcel, I cannot wait for my order the whole 7 days only to get a driver who is not happy with his work to turn away with my delivery.
