Bad courier company (picup)

I ordered last week and today one of their drivers named Siyamthanda Keto confirmed that he delivered my parcel. I was sent an sms that he will need a pin and ID in order to deliver my parcel. I just received that my parcel is delivered without contacting me or reaching out to me that they are outside. How do you deliver without an ID or Pin for confirmation. Dischem I need my money
