Bad bad service

Very bad service I have received, I booked for an appointment on the 15th of March for 13th of April for child vaccination only to make a follow up today to confirm the time only to find out that the receptionist didn't book us in and I have already make arrangements with my employer, now I have to go back to my employer to say What exactly????

Bad bad service ever. I have to book it with Clicks next time!!!!

I was told that I will receive an sms since then nothing came through, I'm so angry, I will look like a lier to my employer if I fail to go on this day 13th April.
