Bad attitude- trainee manager mr modiba

The queues at Dischem Jubilee Mall are always extremely long. Amongst other things the trainee manager colin modiba told me not to compare townships to suburbs, and if I am not prepared to wait, I should buy at the suburbs. I asked him if he didn't think that opening all till points and having enough pharmacists would solve the problem. He said nothing can be done, and there's no space for extension. I told him that I was going to report him, and he said I should feel free to do so, and see where that gets me. He was negative, lacked empathy, and he even refused to just apologize to the customers for having to spend 2 hours queueing. Very bad attitude! To top it up, they are always short of stock at the dispensary!
