Bad attitude towards loyal customers

Being a shareholder and loyal customer of Dis-chem for many years, I was appalled at the dismal level of customer service experienced in the Sandton City branch on Tuesday and by the manager 'Kenny' of all people. I left the store frustrated and feeling like my integrity was insulted due to his dismissive attitude to the issue that the supervisor escalated to him. I really hope he was having a bad day and doesn't treat all customers the same way.
