BAD ATTITUDE FROM BEAUTY DEPT.

I ditched the öther"pharmacy because I was so impressed with the service at Dis-Chem but the last few times I have been in the Rosebank Mall branch, I waited so long at dispensary and as well at the OTC counter that I left. Yesterday I went again with a list of requirements, some of which were in the nail care & general beauty supplikes area only to find about six women sitting on chairs as they packed shelves surrounded by several trolleys which made it impossible to access the merchandise in that entire corner - The conversation was so loud that they did not even hear me asking a question. In defeat I just left while they all laughed at my exasperation. It transpires that the manager of that department was among the cacophony and chaos.

I was not going to write this review but almost 24 hrs have passed and yet I still have a sense of having been absolutely disrespected.

SAfricans have a tendency to shrug our shoulders and accept poor treatment which hardly serves to change the way we treat one another. I actually find most of the Rosebank staff at Dis-Chem very helpful and friendly. This was next level rude!
