Bad attitude and out of stock

in July dischem had a lux body wash with a sponge promotion. When a friend of mine Maureen Barnes and I went to dischem , we were told the sponge was finished. We went back almost every week to check, and no one seemed to care about getting the stock in. One day we asked for a floor manager And a man called Emmanuel wrote our names in a book at info desk and promised to call us. Needless to say he never did. Yesterday, 19 August 2015 , we went back still no sponges. Before we could do our shopping , we asked for a manager, a man by the name of Glen came. He had a bad attitude. He was arguing instead of solving the problem. Trying to make us stupid saying that there was no promotion like that in July only in May and promotion is over. There more we tell him that, that's wrong and it's none of our problem. What we want is are out sponges as per the advert . My goodness that man was rude and thick. Still today no one called regarding the query.
