Bad Attitude and No Stock Available

With reference to my email sent on 28 June to ***, I still have no response.

Email: Good day, Please note that it is unacceptable items that are advertised are not available in store.

Both Westwood and Gateway in KZN do not have the item.

Please advise as to when the items will be available in store as stores (gateway, & westwood) advised that they are not sure.
