bad attitude and customer service

I went in to buy medicine at the self medication department got help my a blonde young guy. He is the most unfriendly person i have every dealt with. He makes you feel unwanted and like nothing he is unhelpfull. He need to be removed from that department. I have left a complaints in the store wrote it jn a book and no one had interest in contacting me edwin fourie who is the manager is properly just as rude he was suppose to deal with this but never did. I will never set my foot in that store. The people at the cashier department is very helpful and friendly oppose to the people working in the pharmacy and selfmedication. Total rudeness...
