Bad attitude and bad customer service

I orderd online at Dischem on the 1st of June 2019. It stated that my order will be ready on the 2nd. I went into Dis-Chem at 12:10 on the 2nd to find out where my order was? The lady at the customer service desk had a bad attitude and was not helpful or friendly - as one should be when you are in the retail industry and work with customers. She informed me that the ladies were not working and will only be back on the 3rd. Surely someone in the store could have gathered my order????? As it stated it would be ready today. One thing I know for sure, if this has to be my attitude at work I would have been fired a long time ago. Service levels in SA is shocking. I am not happy with this.
