Bad attitude

I went to dis_chem cresta and gosh the attitude we got from the cashier was terrible. I put a bottle of crush and a basket of medication she took the juice and said didn't even ask any questions and didn't scan it so I swiped thinking it was included after she says we must pay for it buy cash. I asked her why yoh the attitude we got was very bad.
