Bad and unfair treatment

My brother is suffering from Diabetes and his dr has recommended that this company put him on 6 months incapacity leave for 6 months since 2021 il he’s been suffering is getting threats of warning forms that he is abusing his sick leave and they even disregarded drs recommendation, someone needs to sort this because I’m willing to get the top lawyer to fight this at labour
