Bad and poor service and very clueless stuff

Today, the 29th of December 2019, woke up at 09H00 to buy perfume at Dis-chem Richard's Bay, Boardwalk Mall. I paid using Zapper and everything went well. The payment was successfully but till slip was not printed so the lady refused to give me my stuff and demanded I pay again.

After a long discussion I decided to pay again and told them I want my money back after they are done with their investigation or whatever they call it. Stuff I was suppose to pay R1581. 75 ended up paying double the amount.

I'm very angry at the stuff. Wasted like an hour of my day trying to resolve this and after giving all the proof from Zapper statement and also my banking notification still was treated like a ******** and was told I won't be allowed to leave with the items unless I pay again. I want my money bac****!
