Bad and poor customer service

I am so disappointed with Dischem Mega city branch in Mahikeng. Today the 12/09/22 I went into the store to buy my Yardley pressed podwer refill and and on the shelf I saw a price of R139 but at the till point it scanned a different price. So I humbly went customer service desk to ask why I was charged a price that was different from the one I saw and the customer service consultant took me to the beauty department to ask the ladies about the price and they bodly said the price is R165 now so we don't know how the old price is still displayed on the shelf( is it my job as customer to change the price on the shelves?) . Then the customer service guy goes on to ask me if I'm leaving the product and I told him that if it's R165 I don't want it for that price cos I saw it for R139.(of I'm leaving it going to another service provider)

My disappointment is the fact that no one could say okay let the customer buy the product with the price that I saw on the shelf instead I have to be the to negotiate for the price I clearly saw and it was still there when we asked them about the price. Couldn't they call a Manger or something. Very bad service I tell you and unfortunately I will be spreading the word...
