Bad and pethetic service

I have never imagine the experience i went through today. I got there probably an hour before the stores closes. I was made to fill in form s and made to wait and only to be told tge sister says she is doing her stats now i must come back tomorrow. GOD if it was something related to an emergency or triggers a stroke then only to find out a health are worker priority was doing her stats. I was only there to do my family planning, unfortunately i have moved work so i had to use the closes outlet that only deals with stats not health care providers, i wish that clinic could close because there s no sense of hummanity. I was from work and i want to understand is it the same explanation i will get tomorrow. I dont want to lie i am very dissapointed.
