Bad and management service!

Good evening,

I am writing to let you know about the bad writing and service at your Princess Crossing branch.

There is promotion for Sta soft (2+1) for R29,99. I went to the paypoint with that mind and I was told that was the price for each.

The wording on this promotion is bad. Please try fix it. Your management was not helpful at all on this matter. They were very impatient at my enquiry and started conversing by themselves about my comprehension.

This is disappointing for such a big retail such as yourself.
