back injury caused by Vitamin B injection

I had a b shot with the nurses in the first week of august 2015. it was painful as a b complex shot is but it was unusually painful that day. when i got home and as the evening progressed i noticed the pain was getting worse on my back area. It progressed to such a degree where there were days i couldnt even walk. i eventually contacted the dischem in la lucia and spoke to Johan. he has always been kind and helpful. i submitted a report from my doctor too.he referred it to head office and i got a call from Lizette who said she was the head of the nurses unit and i would need an MRI to ascertain the cause of the pain despite me saying i had never ever had any back injury or back pain in my life. she said she would escalate it for finance to approve the scan as i advised i did not have the funds to do that. then i was contacted by Brian Epstein Operations Director who said it was protocol to refer it to legal. a week i was contacted by Hollard on dischem's behalf saying that nothing i have mentioned proves the jab caused the injury and i must ensure that i treat my injury myself and they are not responsible for it getting worse. they need to assist me to recover & pay it
