Baby things laundry liquid

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the "Baby Things" brand laundry liquid I recently purchased from your store. As a loyal shopper, I expect quality and fairness from Dischem, but unfortunately, this product has left me feeling cheated.

Upon opening the bottle, I discovered that nearly one-third of the liquid was missing. This is not what a shopper signs up for when purchasing from a trusted retailer like Dischem. It is unacceptable to pay full price for a product that is not filled to its expected capacity.

If this is the standard I can expect from Dischem, I will have to reconsider where I shop in the future. I value transparency and consistency, and this experience has undermined my trust in your brand.
