Baby program / Diaper Bags Dischem Loch Logan Bloemfontein

The customer service at Dischem Loch Logan Bloemfontein is non-existent. I am currently expecting twins and when I wanted to join their baby program I was informed that I need to undergo a routine examination with the nurse at the clinic, pay for that and then spend R650 or something and then by week 30 of my pregnancy I should receive my bags. I also had to provide a letter confirming that I am expecting twins. I did all of that. I paid for the nurse examining me, have spent thousands at Dischem, took them the letter from my gynea and then waited for the phone call to come and collect my bags. Nothing happened. Then at around 33 weeks I went to Dischem Loch Logan and inquired about the nappy bags. I was then informed that it was sent to Dischem at Northridge Mall....still not an issue for me. So I went there and inquired about my bags. I was told that due to a strike at head office in J'oburg they don't have any bags and that they would phone me once they have them. Nothing happened. Since I am now 36 weeks and the babies are almost due... today I phoned them again asking about the bags. I was then informed that they have 1 bag they can give me but they need the letter confirming that I am expecting twins. (which they should have on file as I already provided it to them but it is now obvious that the women working at customer services in Loch Logan Dischem did not file that letter).... I am really disappointed in the manner in which they handle this baby program of theirs since I have to keep on inquiring regarding this stupid bags. Now at this stage I don't care even about the bags anymore but the fact that I had to pay for a checkup with the nurse etc now makes me adamant to get the bags from them. I don't know if this is the same in all Dischem's across the country but I have to say that Dischem Loch Logan is pathetic regarding customer service.
