baby immunization

I have been going to dischem for my baby's immunization schedule for a long time, yesterday to my surprise the nurses at dischem refused to help us because she doesnt have an ID number or passport number yet! I am a permanent resident in SA and have lived here for 27 of my 28 years of my life on earth, in order to get my baby a passport I have to go to Zambia even to get her proof of birth took 5 months because incase dischem isn't aware there has been a PANDEMIC and LOCKDOWNS.. WHY COULD THEY NOT HAVE USED MY ID, I have an ID im not new! I was treated like an ******* immigrant for things that I even have to pay for.. we r even on medical aid. even at that, Dischem sends all sorts of messages and emails why were we not informed of any changes to policy.this is very unacceptable!the child is due for her shots they care more about acting like home affairs than attending to my baby
