Baby BAg not given

I called in asking about the baby bag as i heard it was free when spending R300 at dischem, due to me being a regular customer ( with proof ) i called asking how i can get the bag, the lady Arnica said i must bring proof of spending R300 at the store and i must apply for a dischem card and then she will load the points manually for me to collect my bag - went all the way to the store spent over 30 mins waiting for them to find purchases and proofs of slips evenutally she found them and loaded me on the system and said to wait 48 hours for the points, i return to work to call the head office and find out if they pick up my application she said yes but no points as yet - i spoke to chantelle in charge of the baby bag deportment and she said you cannot back date a purchase she will NOT approve my spending points - a complete other story as what i was told from the store - called them back all Conrad could say was there is nothing he can do and it isnt his fault that his lady at the store gave me wrong info and the bag at the store is for someone else - i cant expect it - im very shocked - the way he spoke to me is nothing compared to what i can say over this message - please call me.
