Baby Bag Fail

<p>I am very disappointed with the baby bag I received. I spent a lot of money to qualify for the bag and went through a lot of hassles to get an appointment at the clinic nurse, which in the end wasn't even made at the store when i went. It's like your clininc call centre never even relayed the appointment to my store. Anyway, i expected a bit more than a few toiletry samples and a changing mat. I understand as per your t'S&c's that the contents might differ, but i feel if you know that certain sponsors won't sponsor the bag, you might want to reduce the amount to be spent to qualify. I really feel duped by you guys. I was super excited for the bag and when i got it it was a major let down</p>
