Baby Bag- Dischem Princess Crossing

Greetings.

I trust this email finds you well. my name is Precious from Roodepoort and I'm hereby complaining about Dischem Princess Crossing, I am not happy with their service. In February 2024, I was about 7 months pregnant, I registered for a baby bag and purchased R1000 worth of items, as per the requirement. They confirmed that I qualified and they promised to call me to collect the bag within 2 weeks. In April they still hadn't called and I went to check. I was unfortunately told that I didn't qualify, and I was advised to buy more items. I bought more items, and I was promised to get a call. I waited and only received a call when my baby was three months old, last month. I was told to collect the bag and when I got there, I was told that the bags were finished. Four months later, I still have not received my bag.
