Baby and me programme bag

I am really disappointed in dischems baby program. Inorder to qualify for a baby bag, I needed to spend R1 500, I spent over R3 000. It’s been over a month going to two and still have not received the bag. Ever week I am informed that they will update by the end of the week. But still no bag. I really love dischem but disappointed with baby and me programme
