Awestruck at the sheer incompetency

I know in South Africa incompetency is part of the routine but for a company to be unable to train sales agents to sign someone up for accident cover that was literally so happy they they even requested a second call after the first agent messed it up is beyond me… maybe it is time to close your doors because clearly Dis-chem’s future isn’t very bright. This country can do without more incompetence.
