AWESOME CLIENT EXPERIENCE

My fiance and I had the pleasure of being assisted by a pharmacist at the Pavillion Dis-Chem Pharmacy by the name of Nondumiso Bhengu.

We went to Dis-Chem on the 2nd of February 2020 to collect a prescription that would be ongoing for 6 months, she advised us that she would be more than happy to assist us that also gave us the option to leave it with her and have the ability to collect the medication from any Dis-Chem nationally which was very nice of her.

We had a lengthy chat as to how the prescription and whether the funds would be taken from our savings account and she advised that she would contact the medical aid and find out if they can take them from the scheme's funds instead of our savings.

She followed up with us on Monday the 3rd advising us of the progress she made and kept us up to date with what she was doing. She finally got the authorization she required from our medical aid and contacted us on Wednesday to let us know that the prescribed medication was ready and we would be able to collect it from any Dis-Chem of our choosing.

We went in to the same Dis-Chem today to find that she wasn't at work, however the service was still phenominal as we were assisted seamlessly and the medication provided without any hassles.

We were taken aback by the service she had and would like to tell the Dis-Chem Pharmacy at the Pavillion to KEEP UP THE GREAT WOR****!
