Awaiting Covid Tests for 2 weeks

Went for my Covid test at Dischem Sandton City drive thru on the 18th of June 2020 and they advised that i will receive my results in 2-3 days as i am living with my grandmother and mother and kids, i have called them and they advising that they will escalate it and even contacted them on Facebook messenger and they advised they too will escalate it, i am still waiting to date for my results as it has been 2 weeks by the time they decide to treat this with urgency i might be dead and have infected many people around me, this is really unacceptable service and would not recommend anybody to use them for testing
