Avoid ordering online with Dischem

I had the worst experience with Dis-Chem and their courier service. I placed my order on Wednesday, got an email on Monday saying my parcel was “processing,” and then heard absolutely NOTHING after that. No updates, no tracking details, no communication about when my parcel would arrive.

On Tuesday the courier apparently “tried” to call me, but I received no missed calls or messages. Instead of contacting me properly, they decided to leave my parcel with someone else (who isn’t even responsible). Do you really think I hired you to play pass-the-parcel with my hard-earned money? I wasn’t informed it was delivered, and I only found out later when someone else at the office stumbled upon it.

You are responsible for ensuring my parcel reaches me securely. If your courier can’t reach a customer, they should return the parcel not leave it with someone without consent. Passing the blame onto the courier isn’t good enough .Get your act together please this is not circus
