AVAILABILITY OF CUSTOMER CARE STAFF

I am on chronicle medication that and have to call to book and collect later. However, it is has become hard to just easily get through to whoever would take the call and book the medication. I am putting this because this because it is now a common occurrence. I have tried three times, even tried to speak to Nosheen as the duty manager and she also is not available, I called the head office and was made to wait for about 10min with no reply then got a pre recorded message asking me to leave a message!!!<br> If Dischem has become so busy, what new system have there put up to make this otherwise brilliant structure flawlessly work?
