Attacking my sick daugther and myself

My daughter of 9 years old was very sick with fever and vomiting and I took her to see the nurse at Dis-chem. When I ask a worker there for the nurse she said she will only be back on Tuesday. I asked her to please call a pharmacist to assist me to give me advice on the kind of medicine for my daughter. The worker went and spoke to the pharmacist. She took so long that I went behind the counter next to the nurse's room to ask the pharmacist the questions I had. She jumped up and came shouting and screaming with her wild looking eyes towards myself and my sick daughter!! Then I got angry too and told her if she could have came to assist me then I would not have came over to her to ask her help. I told her it was not necessary to come and shout like that to me and my daughter when she rep**** me, \ I saw red with anger when I saw you and your daughter behind the counter\" I rep**** her that there was no symbolic sign that said \" Only Dis-Chem personnel beyond this point. I did not know I was doing something wrong! She kept on shouting and showing her wild eyes!! When I asked for the manager to report her, her reply was ( Do not bad mouth us cause I am the manager)."
