Atrocious Pharmacists who care- Dis-Chem

Dishonest and disrespectful Dis-Chem. I bought an Antifogg product from Dis-Chem which damaged my glasses. I had the glasses repaired and Dischem refuses to refund the costs. It took 10 months for me to get to the Customer-care Department. They acknowledged my complaint and confirmed they are waiting for senior management to determine a way forward - this after having taken one side of my lenses for testing. The entire Customercare Dept is now not taking my calls and is also not responding to my emails. They went as far as copying the manufacture in the emails in an effort to distance themselves from the entire issue. It’s so sad that Dis-Chem has portrayed itself as ethical and had gone to create a brand around their values which have proven to be all false.
