Astonished by his good service

We wanted to urgently exchange a faulty Braun no-touch thermometer, but could not find slip. Nigel assisted us (together with Thandaswe) in locating the proof from our Dischem card. He was friendly, patient, kind and efficient. 10/10 for his great people skills and management of the situation.
