Asking me to come back within the Covid-19 lockdown

Ask if I can get my prescription 5 days early as I don't want to go out of my house due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The counter lady just said no I have to come back within the lock down period. I feel really bad service as I have to come out of isolation for them.
