Are you Dischem Elite?

There is this very scarce lipstick from maybelline, that the cosmectics consultants there at Dischem Princess Park, in Roodepoort, managed to source for me. This happened while I was standing right across the consultant. We then make arrangements that I should come back tomorrow. She even called later that day to confirm collection for the next day. I go there, only to be told that some customer demanded that they be given MY lipstick when they saw it by the counter. And Dischem obliged and sold MY very hard sourced lipstick to this customer who is clearly more valued than me. I drive there the following day, immediately after church (around 11:30 am), only to be told all of this and get told that they will try to source it elsewhere and let me know. Sure enough, they let me know - that they cannot find this very scarce lipstick anywhere and I should drive back to their store to get a free gift and a refund. It's been well over a month now and they couldn't be bothered to find out if I'm still coming to get my refund or what the situation is. So, I must drive there again. If you are that sorry about the way you treated me, giving away a very scarce lipstick that I paid for in advance and ordered in person, instead of giving me the run around - surely you could find an alternative... like, ship me the gift and credit my Dischem account?? Is it my loss because I am not good enough for Dischem elite customers... very sad indeed, like I'm so beyond disappointment.
