Appreciation for Outstanding Customer Service

I want to express my gratitude to the assistant store manager mall of the South,who helped me with a smile and ensured I received all the available discounts. She even took her time to find out why my item wasn't placed under the pharmacy discount, and thanks to her efforts, I saved a lot of money.

I also want to thank the clinic sister who was on duty over the weekend for answering my questions with a smile, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Please encourage your colleagues, especially those who were not present, to foster a welcoming environment for patients, especially since my previous visit to the clinic had left me hesitant to return.
