Appointment not honoured at clinic

Over the Christmas period, there is only one nurse at the Dischem clinic and she doesn't take bookings over this time; however, the call centre allowed a booking after all and when I went to have my appointment, she refused to see my at my appointment time because she was busy with another patient. Dischem must get there act together.
