Appointment made yet turned back, more than once

I had a booking at Somerset west for 15:40 , and when I got there wasting my time and petrol the Sister on duty ( Yonela) told me she needs the whole day to prepare for a Pap smear and the appointment was not clear so she is unable to do it and hence I should make a walk in on Sat, but I asked myself why not on Friday anyway I could tell she does not want to do it and hence I asked her is she would be around on Sat and she looked me in the face and said yes, on Saturday I got there she is not there and the sister on duty also does not want to do it, we called Sister Yonela on why she would tell me to come on Sat? leave my stuff and go to Dischem knowing very well she is off and she blatantly said she forgot her off days now really who forgets her off days? this was deliberate as she knew it she will not be there and just says I should come again, really how many trips in this trying economy do I have to make to Dischem just for 1 appointment. People take outh to serve and the next thing they decide on which duty or not they should perform, forgetting they are working with people who also has their own lives, I had to cancel my other appointments and travel to Dischem just to be told to come back again worse part had to wait in a que, this is unacceptable. If she can forget her leave days something people forward to makes me wonder on what else does she forgets?
