Appalling service from DIS-CHEM Faerie Glen, Pretoria

Appalling service from Dis-Chem in Faerie Glen, Pretoria. During lunch time with the store much busier than normal times during the day, a total of 4 cashiers were deployed, where there is space / till points for 21 cashiers. The cue was backing up, stretching way back into the store. No intervention from management and just a rude brush-off from a random staff member, when asked about the massive delay. SHOCKING!
